Application and purpose
This application is only intended for use by KK customers to facilitate communication between the customer and KK. These terms are applicable to the tombstone designing section of this website.
Rights
All information in this service is protected under copyright laws, with information ownership and copyrights belonging to KK, or a business partner of KK. By accepting these terms of use, the User relinquishes to KK all copyrights to gravestones and different compositions designed on this website. The User shall not have any claim to copyright or ownership of the material whatsoever. The User shall not have the right to forward material on the page, or to forward, for commercial purposes, a design created on the page. Sending an image or a link to the design in question to another company to ask for an offer or other design is absolutely prohibited. Under no circumstances may other companies use the webpage to design their own tombstones, for product presentation, etc., without KK's written consent. If the User violates these terms, (s)he will be liable to KK. The contact information obtained through the service shall be used by KK for its own commercial activities. KK can also disclose designs and compositions to its business partners for use in the desired way.
Limitation of liability
KK neither guarantees nor is responsible for the functionality of the service in all environments. KK shall have the right to freely change or limit use of the service according to its own needs. KK shall have the right to remove designs and compositions from the service in the way and at the time it desires.
Applicable legislation and disputes
Finnish legislation shall be applied to these terms. In the event that disputes arise from these terms of use, they shall be settled, firstly, by negotiations between the respectable parties. If an agreement in the matter cannot be reached, the matter shall be settled in the district court of Etelä-Pohjanmaa.
